Rang 5 agus 6 have been very busy over term 2 working as young business people as part of the Junior Entrepreneur Programme. Over the course of 3 months we learned all about entrepreneurship, had a business visitor, took part in an enterprise workshop, pitched business ideas at our very own ‘Dragon’s Den’, decided on our class business project ‘Carlingford Soap’, created our product and finally sold it! It’s certainly been a busy few months. ‘Carlingford Soap’ was such a great success that we completely sold out! We made a total profit of 286.95! This project incorporated a lot of curricular areas, especially English, Maths and Science. Have a look at our pictures.
