5th and 6th Class had a very interesting trip into Dundalk Library yesterday to enjoy the Anne Frank +You exhibition on display there.
They were lucky to be guided around the exhibition by two very knowledgeable volunteers, where they also got an opportunity to view a DVD on Anne Frank’s life.
They found the exhibition upstairs thought provoking which showed how social issues affect us in modern Ireland.
It was stimulating to see the replica artefacts from Anne’s life and the Holocaust.
After reading Anne Frank in class it was great to get this opportunity to see all the personal photos of Anne and the life size replica of her bedroom in the secret annexe.
